How Fast Can Your Baby Crawl?

Entries:
Online registration is now closed. You can still join us Saturday, May 11, 2013 for the 14th Annual Maternity Fair. Please make sure to check in at the Registration Tent when you arrive. We look forward to seeing you there!

Date and Time:
Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 11:45 a.m.
Please report to the Diaper Derby course at 11:40 a.m.

Age:
Contestants must be under the age of 12 months — born after May 2012.

Assistance:
No assistance will be permitted from the parents or guardian during the Diaper Derby.  Parents or guardians may use a bottle or toy to coax the child to them, but may not step between the starting line and the finish line during the Diaper Derby.  Baby must remain on the carpet. Knee has to be on finish line to be official.

No Walking:
Contestants must not stand up or walk during the Derby.  Breaking of any rule will result in disqualification of the contestant.

Awards:
All contestants will receive a certificate.  A Trophy will be awarded for Grand Diaper Derby Winner.

Entry Form, Release and Waiver:
In consideration of my child’s acceptance by the Saint Joseph Maternity Fair as an entrant in the Diaper Derby, it is agreed and understood that neither Saint Joseph, its officers, agents, and employees shall be held legally liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage which may occur or arise either to myself or my minor child by reason of the negligence, misconduct, or conduct of any person or entity whosoever or whatsoever. We promise to abide by all of the rules and regulations that pertain to the Diaper Derby contest. We hereby release all rights, title and interest in any photographs or video that may be taken by the management. Each entrant or participant shall be solely responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by him or caused by him to any person, whether occurring by or arising from any article exhibited by him, or otherwise, and he hereby agrees to indemnify and Saint Joseph, its officers, agents, servants and employees harmless of and from any and all claims, losses, and demands which occur or arise hereunder.
