I-64 merges into I-75 just north of Lexington. Take I-75 south to exit #104 (Athens-Boonesboro Road). Turn right at the stoplight. Follow the signs taking you into Lexington. If traveling north on I-75, take exit #104 (Athens-Boonesboro Road). Follow signs to Lexington. Turn left at stoplight. You will be traveling on US 25, which is also called Richmond Road. Continue down the road, approximately 2-3 miles. Saint Joseph East will be on your right, shortly before you reach the Richmond Road/Man O' War intersection. Make a right turn onto N. Eagle Creek Drive, and turn in at the first driveway on the right. You will be able to park directly in front of the hospital. The Saint Joseph East Office Park is located next to the hospital on the left.
