Foley Bag Covers

Fold material. Cut two of pattern.

With right sides together, stitch 1/2 inch seams around edges.  Reinforce by stitching seams again.  Trim seams to 1/4 inch and zig zag edges.

Turn--then fold down the top edge on each side 3/4 inch, fold under 1/4 inch.  Stitch.  This will be your casing for your 3/8 inch elastic.  Cut 18 inches of elastic and place in casing.  Stitch small opening closed.

Note: One yard of 44 inch 1/2 cotton 1/2 poly material will make four of these bags.
