Since 1877, Saint Joseph Hospital , a 468-bed tertiary medical center, has offered the highest quality patient care to the community of Central and Eastern Kentucky. Known as Lexington's "heart hospital," Saint Joseph has pioneered many firsts in the health care community, along with performing more heart procedures than anyone in the state. Saint Joseph Hospital has also been nationally recognized for treatment in the areas of cardiology, orthopedics and stroke by Thomson Reuter and U.S. News and World Report.

Saint Joseph East, a community hospital with 174 beds, is located in the rapidly growing southeastern part of Lexington, Kentucky. Saint Joseph East complements Saint Joseph Hospital's 131-year health care mission through multiple services and specialties. At Saint Joseph East, maternal and childcare, ambulatory surgery and 24-hour emergency care are supported through traditional inpatient and outpatient programs. Additional specialty services include the Breast Center, Kid Traxx (After-hours pediatric emergency center), Sleep Wellness Center and the Center for Weight Loss Surgery. Saint Joseph East was named one of the nation's 100 Top Hospitals by Solucient/Thomson.

Established on the grounds of Berea College in 1898, Saint Joseph Berea, a 25-bed critical care access hospital, serves the residents of Madison, Jackson, Rockcastle, Estill and Garrard counties. The hospital includes a fully staffed 24-hour emergency department, Berea Family Medicine, Breast Center, Berea Specialty Clinic, Diabetes and Nutrition Center, Heart Institute, Rehabilitation Services, Sleep Wellness Center and Surgical Services. True to its mission, Saint Joseph Berea is dedicated to the healing mission of the Church, emphasizing human dignity, social justice and the creation of healthier communities. Saint Joseph Berea is a 2008 Kentucky Hospital Association's Clinical Patient Safety and Quality Award recipient.

Saint Joseph London, formerly Marymount, became a part of Saint Joseph Health System in January 2008. This 120-bed general, acute-care hospital provides a full range of medical, surgical and obstetrical services, including rehabilitation services, respiratory therapy and cardiovascular services. Other services include outpatient pediatrics, home health and hospice. The hospital's primary service area covers Laurel, Jackson, Clay and Whitley counties. Saint Joseph London will be opened a brand new replacement facility in 2010 that includes all private rooms.

Saint Joseph Martin, formerly known as Our Lady of the Way Hospital, became a part of Saint Joseph Health System in January 2008. Saint Joseph Martin may be small in size compared to some of today's newest hospitals, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in tradition and care. This 25-bed critical care access facility in Floyd County, Kentucky, provides patients with holistic, personalized care through the hospital's clinical services and five licensed Rural Health Clinics. In 2008, Saint Joseph - Martin received the Top Performer for Pneumonia Care - Core Measure Award at Catholic Health Initiatives' Quality and Risk Management Conference.

Saint Joseph Mount Sterling, formerly Mary Chiles Hospital, became a part of Saint Joseph Health System on August 1, 2007. From its founding in 1875, the hospital has been committed to a goal of serving the people of the Mt. Sterling area, including Montgomery, Bath, Menifee and Powell counties. Saint Joseph Mount Sterling delivers a wide rage of services, including a 24-hour emergency department, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, Diabetes and Nutrition Center, Joint Center, maternity services, Sleep Wellness Center and surgical services. This 63-bed hospital will be opening a brand new replacement facility in 2010.
Flaget Memorial Hospital, a 52-bed facility, is the only hospital in the Nelson County (Bardstown) area and treats those from Washington, Spencer, Bullitt and LaRue counties in addition to Nelson County. The hospital became part of Saint Joseph Health System in early 2008. Services offered include Flaget Birth Center, oncology services, Pain Management Center, pulmonary rehabilitation, surgical services, Sleep Disorders Center and Flaget Wound Center. Off-site services include Flaget Immediate Care Clinic, Flaget Health Connection, Hospice of Nelson County, and Bardstown Rehabilitation Services. Flaget Memorial Hospital has been recognized as one 100 Top Hospitals in the nation every year since 2004.

Saint Joseph Jessamine RJ Corman Ambulatory Care Center opened on January 2, 2009 in Nicholasville. It is Jessamine County's first and only full service, 24/7 emergency room. It also provides diagnostic imaging, lab services, community center and physician offices.
