DATE: October 4, 2011
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Benny Nolen to the position of President of Saint Joseph Mount Sterling. Benny will succeed Greg Gerard (President, Saint Joseph Berea), who has been serving in the interim role since April. I would like to extend my gratitude to Greg for serving in dual President roles for the past several months.

He is currently Executive Vice President of Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky, where he has served in that role since 2005. Benny’s prior experience at Manchester Memorial includes roles as Executive Director of various functions and services and Executive Director of Materials Management.
Before Benny’s tenure in Manchester, his experience included serving as Regional Executive Director for Sunbelt Home Health Care in Murdock, Florida; Regional Director for IHS/Symphony Home Care in Knoxville, Tennessee; and Administrator for Century Home Health Services in Nashville. Benny holds a Bachelor’s degree from Belmont and a Master’s in Health Administration from Bellevue University.
Benny’s first day at Saint Joseph Mount Sterling will be November 7th. Please join me in welcoming him to the Saint Joseph family.
