Saint Joseph Park Physical Therapy accepts all major
insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Patients must report to
the initial therapy session with written orders from a primary care physician.
The order from the physician office may be faxed to
859.313.3097. Patient cannot be treated without an order from a
physician office. A patient can expect extensive personal counseling with a
physical therapist during the initial evaluation and other appointments if
necessary. Further appointments will be scheduled based on physician’s
instructions, insurance restrictions and physical therapist’s discretion.
