Our Physicians

Ralph Compton, M.D. graduated from Berea College in 1976 and University of Virginia Medical School in 1980. Afterwards he completed a three year residency in family medicine at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia from 1980 through 1983. He has practiced in Berea for more than 25. Dr. Compton's current practice interests are geriatrics, preventive care (especially preventive cardiology) and dermatology. Other non-medical interests are singing, collecting guitars, his children and his new role as a grandfather.

Sarah I. Little, M.D. graduated from Asbury College and attended University of Louisville School of Medicine. She then completed her Family Medicine residency in Anderson, South Carolina. Dr. Little is married, is the mother of two young boys, and lives in Berea. As a physician, she finds herself often engaged in women's health, adolescent health and pediatrics, but she truly enjoys caring for all patients.
