Faculty / Student Orientation

Saint Joseph Health is providing an online student and faculty orientation to allow all those who use our clinical sites to have access to information necessary for meeting TJC orientation requirements.  This orientation must be completed annually, and prior to the first day of the clinical rotation or practicum experience.  

PLEASE NOTE: Students please park on the top level of the garage located next to the Saint Joseph Office Park Building D.  

All Faculty must:

1. Review On-Line Faculty Orientation annually 
2. Print both the Faculty Handbook and Student Handbook

   3.    Complete the Acknowledgment of Faculty Orientation and submit to Education DepartmentComplete Clinical Rotation Form as directed (included in the Faculty Handbook) 

All Students must:

1. Review the Our Values and Ethics at Work (OVEAW) booklet and Student Handbook
2. Sign the OVEAW Acknowledgment Form (page 51 of the OVEAW booklet), Acknowledgment of Orientation Form, and the Confidentiality Agreement located at the end of the Student Handbook.
3. Submit to Educational Services.

Upon Completion of the clinical rotation faculty and students are to complete Student/Faculty Evaluation  and submit to educational services.
