Education Series

Father and Children

When facing a cancer diagnosis, some people want as much information as possible.  Resource Services' multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals has designed an ongoing, weekly daytime series for cancer survivors and their support system.  This series provides information on how to cope with cancer's financial, physical, nutritional and spiritual impact.  In this informal, small group setting, you are invited to come with your questions, share your concerns and meet new people going through similar experiences.  Handouts and other materials will be provided for your home reference.

Mondays at 10 a.m. - Resource Services' Conference Room

  • 1st Monday - Cost of Cancer: Financial Tolls and the Resources to Help
  • 2nd Monday - Head to Toe: Side Effect and Symptom Management
  • 3rd Monday - The Spiritual Journey: A TravelGuide
  • 4th Monday - Fuel for the Fight: Eating for Prevention, Treatment and Recovery

Although registration is not required, please call 859.313.4646 to confirm.
